About State College Volleyball

The State College Volleyball League has it’s roots in the old Raytheon sponsored league that began back in the 1990s.  SCVolley is a non-profit organization with the purpose of providing the best opportunity for adults of all skill levels to play volleyball in State College in a fun, competitive, and engaging atmosphere.

Games are played on Sunday evening from mid-September through late April and are held at the Christ Community Church (C3) facility (200 Ellis Pl, State College, PA 16801). The league is proud to be co-ed, with minimum 2 men and minimum 2 women on the court at all times for each team. State College has always been a very active sports town.  This league has showcased the athleticism and sportsmanship of its residents – students and community members alike. The success of this league is a testament the great players that make up this community.

This year, SCVolley is excited to announce the addition of a Reverse Coed 4s league beginning Sept 11 and playing on Wednesday nights!  See rules for this game style HERE and register for this style HERE.
